Lift a Sagging Jaw line - After applying your foundation apply a
very thin line of highlighter from ear to ear along the top of
your jawbone. Blend thoroughly. Next apply a thin line of
contour cream or shadow on the bottom and the underneath area of
your jawbone. Blend thoroughly.
Make Wrinkles & Lines Disappear - Before applying foundation use
a Q- Tip or very thin makeup brush to apply a professional line
filler product or highlighter inside the creases of your lines
and wrinkles. Using the thin end of your makeup sponge or a
clean Q-Tip gently blend. Perform An Instance Face Lift - A well
groomed medium width brow with a strong arch will visual lift
your face instantly. To create a well groomed brow with a strong
arch pluck clean the area underneath the brow bone and shape the
brow with widest part of the brow at the inner corner of your
eye and the brow getting thinner has it goes out toward your
temple. The highest part of the arch should be just above the
outer edge of your pupil.
Create Fuller Younger Lips - After covering the lip area with
foundation and your lips with a lip cream or balm take a lip
liner the same shade or a shade slightly lighter then your
lipstick and line just outside your lips natural lip line .
Apply your lipstick with a lip brush blending lipstick to lip
liner. Place a dab of pale light color lip gloss in the center
of your top and bottom lips.
Give Your Eyes A Quick Lift - Applying eyeliner has close to
lashes as possible line eyes from where the inner corner( tear
duct ) of your eyes end to slightly pass the outer corner of
your eyes. Has you get to the outer corner of your eye slightly
tilt line upward to create a slight slant. This technique works
whether you line just your upper lids or both your upper and
bottom lids. Curl your lash with an eyelash curler before
applying mascara.

i have had this appearance problem for as long as i can remember. when i go out to have drinks with some friends the waitress never asks any of my friends but just me for an ID because i look like im 16. i have always been really small and i always look years younger. the waitress looks at my effin ID for like 5 minutes and asks the manager to look at it until finally she gives it back. i hate it. all my friends laugh at me. is there any makeup i should wear? i dont wear much makeup, because if i cover myself i look like a s - l - u - t. but thats because i wear makeup from like walgreens lol. i have lightly tan skin. well best answer gets 10pts! thanks

It would be easier with a photo. Just make sure that you stand tall, walk with confidence, look people in the eye etc. If you look shy, look away, and do sort of a coy, girlish thing then you are going to look much younger.

I would say you should cut your hair because that actually makes you look more mature. Avoid pigtails! And don’t wear too much makeup. The more you wear, the more "high-school" you look. Maybe just some mascara and some nice lipstick with gloss over it. Hope this helps!

Definately makeup would help, you don’t have to over do it though. Just enhance your natural beauty! With natural looking makeup of course! Try a shade darker than your natural lip color for lip gloss, a shimmery light brown for the eyelid with a medium brown for the crease. Maybe some body shimmer on your cheeks and your chest. Also maybe try a different hairstyle? Accesorize! BUT REMEMBER while your friends are laughing, KNOW that you’re going to age better and will look younger when they will be wishing they could look younger! ;-P

well, i think they’re secretly JEALOUS of you so try not to be so put down by it. However, I know how you feel…..some tips
1) large earrings make ANYONE look 21, especially hoops, and they;re usually very flattering as well. Other options are dangly earrings, which can be more elegant, depending on the occassion.
2) I dont know what you mean by ‘not too much makeup’ but mascara and lipstick usually does a lot to make you look glamorous
3) two words: high heels
4) get your eyebrows done professionally
5) do something stylish with your hair. If it is always up in a ponytail, you look childish. However, if it is down, but long straight and boring, this is also childish
6) look at the latest styles. Dressing stylishly is key.

You could also be proactive by going to the bar as soon as you walk in and talking with your server and/or the bartender. They might be less likely to make such a big deal of it if you do, and you’d be away from your friends and their unwanted comments.
