I was wondering if there were certain “rules” when it comes to wearing different finishes with different eye looks. For example, if I had a smokey eye would a neutral matte lipstick look better than a re? Do you know if there are any rules (kind of like to play down the lips when the eyes are dramatic) to mixing finishes with neutral, dramatic, smokey, natural, ect. eye looks?

when ever you feel … when ever you feel ready and comfortable in wearing it. You start by just wearing lipgloss every now and then. Of course if there’s a special occassion like your Prom or Winter Dance, youd want to wear a little lip color. So when ever you think your ready.
